Mr. Edgar Nolte has received the plans for a large building to be erected on the block southwest of Central Park. The structure will be two stories and a basement, of brick, with plate glass fronts and all modern improvements and fixtures and will be about the handsomest house in town. The main building will be 60×80 feet and will contain elevators. We understand that it will be occupied by the Starcke Furniture Co. when completed.
